This is a dynamic front-of-house role that goes well beyond traditional reception duties. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for the business while supporting day-to-day operations. You will also have the opportunity to step into broader responsibilities across office coordination, events, marketing, and HR support, based on your interests and capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and welcome clients and visitors
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, and overall presentation
- Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams
- Assist with internal events and company initiatives
- Support marketing and HR activities as required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
