Role Overview
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of a dedicated infrastructure project involving ICT systems, security, access control and other intelligent building technologies. From early scoping through to handover, you will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and aligned with technical requirements.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors, you will manage procurement, reporting, risk and compliance with a focus on quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

You are a capable project manager with experience in delivering infrastructure or building technology projects. You can manage a full project lifecycle independently and communicate clearly with both contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage planning, delivery and close out of one key infrastructure project
• Coordinate technical specialists, contractors and consultants
• Manage scope, schedule, procurement and compliance
• Prepare project documentation including briefs, reports and risk registers
• Maintain project controls and track budget and timeline performance
• Provide stakeholder updates and support collaborative engagement

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Experience delivering infrastructure or capital projects
• Strong understanding of technology systems within buildings
• Skilled in managing stakeholders and external contractors
• Familiarity with project documentation, financial tracking and risk management
• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction or a related field
• Current driver's licence and willingness to attend project sites
