- Lead the development, review and implementation of continuity plans, procedures and resilience practices across multi-site environments.
- Coordinate impact assessments, scenario planning, preparedness exercises and incident response activities with key stakeholders.
- Identify vulnerabilities, dependencies and improvement opportunities to ensure continuity arrangements remain fit-for-purpose and aligned to best practice.
Key areas of focus:
- Leading the development and review of business continuity plans
- Coordinating business impact analysis and resilience activities
- Supporting major incident management and preparedness exercises
- Reviewing systems, practices and procedures to strengthen continuity
- Working with leaders across the busiess to improve organisational resilience
About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in business continuity, operational resilience or risk
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Ability to lead organisational-wide initiatives
- Experience working across multi-site environments
- Background in government, emergency services, education or similar is welcome
