6-month FTC Payroll Specialist, support a SAP environment and help strengthen payroll processes across a complex ANZ landscape
Overview
I’m partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Payroll Specialist for a 6-month fixed term contract based in Adelaide.
This isn’t a typical BAU payroll role. Following a recent merger and system implementation, payroll is running but not yet stable. There are ongoing system and process issues, with a reliance on manual workarounds and low confidence in outputs.
You’ll sit across payroll, systems and stakeholders, helping identify issues, work through root causes and support the stabilisation of SAP payroll. The focus is on getting things back to a consistent, reliable BAU state while improving overall confidence in the function.
What you’ll bring
- Experience working in payroll stabilisation, remediation or post implementation environments
- Strong SAP payroll exposure, ideally SuccessFactors or ECP
- Experience with UKG or Kronos time and attendance systems
- Ability to work through ambiguity and operate in a complex, high volume environment
What you need to know
- 6-month fixed term contract
- Adelaide or Sydney based, preference for on-site support
- Immediate or short notice candidates strongly preferred
