About the Role
You will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, maintain data accuracy, support payroll administration tasks and work closely with HR and Finance to keep systems and processes running smoothly. The environment is predominantly salaried, with a small number of allowances and timesheet requirements.
The role sits within the People and Culture team and offers excellent flexibility, including hybrid working and the option to consider senior part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Managing updates, new starters and general payroll administration
- Supporting HR with system and data maintenance
- Ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
About You
- Previous payroll experience in a mid-sized environment
- Confidence with HRIS or payroll systems (ELMO experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive data
- A proactive, team-focused approach
