About the Role
- Build and enhance features that empower employees, surface data insights, and enable meaningful user choices.
- Develop across iOS and Android, ensuring a consistent and unified experience.
- Explore, adopt, and champion emerging mobile technologies such as Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, SwiftUI, and Jetpack Compose.
- Write, review, and maintain scalable, high-performance production code in Swift, Kotlin, and cross-platform frameworks.
- Work closely with designers, analysts, architects, and QA to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate actively in an Agile environment, adapting to shifting priorities and projects.
- Perform unit testing, automated testing, performance profiling, and optimization.
- Manage app store deployments, certificates, and provisioning for iOS and Android.
You’ll Succeed If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience building feature-rich mobile applications using Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android).
- Strong understanding of MVVM, async/multi-threaded programming, and mobile app lifecycles.
- Experience creating responsive UIs with SwiftUI/UIKit and Jetpack Compose/XML.
- Interest in modern and cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, React Native, Ionic, MAUI/Xamarin.
- Experience with unit/automated testing, CI, and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to work in Agile teams, using tools like Linear, Coda, and Git.
- Hands-on experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play, including release management.
- Bonus: Offline storage, SQL/PostgreSQL, backend exposure (Rails/React).
- Self-driven, collaborative, and passionate about learning and adopting new technologies.
- Willingness and ability to mentor and guide less-experienced colleagues and technical staff
