Harrison McMillan is proudly recruiting on behalf of our client for multiple skilled Metal Fabrication Tradespeople, across light and heavy fabrication, to join a well-established and reputable workshop team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing fabrication tasks across light or heavy steel projects

• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings

• MIG/TIG welding depending on project requirements

• Cutting, grinding, and assembly of metal components

• Working collaboratively with a small, high-performing workshop team

• Maintaining safe work practices and a clean workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualification: Boilermaker, Metal Fabricator, Welder, or similar

• Experience in workshop-based fabrication (light or heavy steel)

• Ability to work from drawings with accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong welding skills (MIG required; TIG desirable)

• Reliability, initiative, and pride in workmanship
