Role Overview
As Manager, Information Services and Technology, you’ll lead a talented and collaborative team, ensuring the secure, reliable, and effective delivery of core IT services across the organisation.
You’ll oversee day-to-day IT operations, vendor relationships, enterprise systems, and cyber security, while guiding the transition to modern, cloud-based platforms. This includes the management of infrastructure, records systems, enterprise applications, and responsive end-user support.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Proven senior IT leadership experience, with strategic and operational oversight
- Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team with a supportive, collaborative style
- Expertise across infrastructure, enterprise systems, and service delivery
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects, including procurement, implementation, and change
- Financial acumen to manage IT budgets and align spend with business priorities
- A sound understanding of information management, cyber security, and compliance frameworks
- Track record in developing and executing technology and innovation roadmaps
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach
- Demonstrated success in promoting continuous improvement and agile thinking
