About the Role:
As the Manager – HR Recruitment Portfolio, you will take ownership of one of Harrison McMillan’s most strategically important desks, our HR practice. You’ll lead a warm, established portfolio with strong relationships already in place, elevating it into a high-performing division focused on executive, permanent, contracting and SOW recruitment across the HR profession.
This role is designed for an experienced recruiter or team manager who wants to operate with autonomy, commercial ownership and influence (without the risks of going out alone). You’ll be deeply connected to senior HR leaders, emerging HR talent and key decision-makers, becoming the trusted advisor who shapes the future of their people functions. In this role, you will:
- Lead, grow and shape the HR Recruitment Portfolio with autonomy and commercial ownership.
- Build trusted relationships with CPOs, HR Directors, HRBPs, Advisors and emerging HR leaders.
- Deliver executive, permanent, contracting and SOW recruitment solutions at pace and quality.
- Drive business development to strengthen existing relationships and expand the portfolio.
- Nurture and maintain a deep candidate network within the HR profession.
- Collaborate closely with our Talent Solutions team to maximise outcomes across the business.
- Lay the foundations to grow and lead your own team as the portfolio expands nationally.
You’re an experienced Manager or Senior recruiter with strong 360 capability and the confidence to engage senior HR executives. You may have thought about going out on your own, but you want the backing of a respected brand, strong marketing, quality tools and a supportive leadership team.
