Role Overview
Reporting within a Procurement and Supply Chain Management function, this short-term leadership opportunity focuses on catalogue management, master data maintenance, and system support rather than traditional procurement or contract management activities.
Leading a small team, you will oversee catalogue data integrity, manage complex data investigations, perform system updates, and ensure the ongoing accuracy and continuity of critical product information. The role will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and act as a key escalation point for catalogue-related issues and system requests.

You are a detail-oriented leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience working with large datasets and enterprise systems. You enjoy investigating complex issues, identifying practical solutions, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
You bring a strong understanding of catalogue management, master data processes, and system administration, with the ability to balance operational priorities while leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small Catalogue Management team
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and continuity of catalogue data
- Investigate and resolve complex catalogue and data-related issues
- Perform bulk catalogue updates and item creation activities
- Manage stakeholder enquiries and provide expert advice on catalogue matters
- Raise, monitor, and track service requests and change requests within enterprise systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data quality enhancement
- Ensure data maintenance activities are completed accurately and within required timeframes
- Experience in catalogue management, master data management, or a similar systems-focused role
- Strong data analysis, data maintenance, and troubleshooting capabilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience working with Oracle systems, particularly Product Information Management (PIM), highly regarded
- Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Experience performing bulk data updates and managing complex data queries
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience, including managing or mentoring staff
- Understanding of supply chain concepts or environments will be advantageous but is not essential
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
