They are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join the People team. It's an exciting opportunity to design, deliver, and enhance learning programs that uplift capability, strengthen leadership, and shape the future of learning
Duties:

Design and deliver engaging learning programs to build leadership and employee capability across all levels

Manage and optimise the Learning Management System to ensure a seamless learner experience

Develop high-quality digital and face-to-face content using modern learning tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe, Canva).

Lead the ongoing delivery and evolution of our Leadership Competency Framework

Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and create tailored learning pathways

Support onboarding through engaging learning journeys that accelerate employee integration
-
Measure and evaluate program effectiveness through data and learner feedback, driving continuous improvement

Champion a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and innovation
About you
-
Broad experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development, ideally across complex or multi-regional environments.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning trends

Proven ability to design and deliver leadership and blended learning programs

Confidence in facilitating training to large and diverse audiences

Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
-
Relevant qualifications in L&D, Human Resources, or Organisational Psychology (Cert IV TAE or equivalent desirable)

A growth mindset, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement
