About the Role
As a Learning & Development Advisor, you'll take ownership of coordinating and planning training programs across complex environments both corporate and technical.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure the right people are trained at the right time—balancing operational needs with compliance and capability outcomes.
From scheduling and logistics through to reporting and insights, your work will help drive smarter, more effective training delivery.
What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating end-to-end training programs across corporate and technical areas

Managing schedules, enrolments and logistics to ensure smooth delivery

Using data to track participation, completion and compliance

Identifying trends, gaps and opportunities to improve training outcomes

Partnering with stakeholders to align training with workforce needs

Supporting continuous improvement in learning programs and processes
What You Bring

Experience coordinating or planning training programs in complex environments

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confidence working with data to inform decisions and improve outcomes

Experience with LMS platforms and/or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)

Certificate or Diploma level tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or related field is desirable

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
