We are currently seeking experienced HR Business Partners to support a number of clients across South Australia.
These roles suit HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy partnering with leaders to manage complex workforce matters while delivering practical, solutions-focused people advice.
About the RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you will support leaders, providing guidance on employee relations matters and helping ensure workplace issues are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation.
The role has a strong focus on employee relations and case management , including investigations, performance matters and supporting leaders through complex workplace situations.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage employee relations matters, investigations and workplace issues

Provide practical HR advice and coaching to leaders

Support performance management and complex casework
-
Interpret and apply enterprise agreements, policies and employment legislation

Partner with operational leaders to support effective workforce management
You will bring:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Advisor roles

Strong employee relations and case management experience in the Australian context
-
Confidence working with enterprise agreements and employment legislation
-
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-
Australian work rights are required for this position
