From its Adelaide head office, Cold Logic has grown into a nationally operating industrial refrigeration and HVAC business, partnering with some of Australia’s most recognised brands across food and beverage, wine, cold storage, defence and manufacturing. With more than 100 employees and circa $50 million in annual revenue, the business is well established, profitable and entering its next phase of growth.
To support this evolution, Cold Logic is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the internal finance function and play a key role in shaping the business’s financial capability as it continues to professionalise and scale.

Role Overview
This is a senior finance leadership role offering genuine influence, long-term impact and clear scope for growth. Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will be the primary internal finance leader, providing strong financial stewardship, commercial insight and hands-on leadership across the organisation.
You will work closely with engaged Directors who value practical advice, commercial challenge and partnership.  Working closely with the Directors and Board, this role leads the internal finance function and strengthens financial capability across the business as it continues to grow and professionalise.
Key elements of the role include strengthening cashflow visibility, uplifting financial insight and reporting, leading finance system transformation, and supporting the business as it prepares for continued growth.
