We’re seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer (or Geology graduate) ready to launch their career with a supportive, well-established team offering real training, mentoring, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learn from experienced engineers on residential projects
- Progress into commercial & infrastructure work within 6 months
- Gain hands-on experience across investigations, reporting, and site work
- Receive ongoing training and mentoring (no geotech experience required)
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology
- Strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in a niche field
- Open to relocating to Canberra (ideal for interstate grads)
