Role Overview
We’re seeking Accountants from Graduate through to Senior and Assistant Manager level. Depending on your experience, you’ll contribute to a mix of compliance, advisory, tax, and financial reporting work. Seniors and Assistant Managers will also play a key role in client engagement, workflow oversight, and supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary depending on level and may include:
- Preparing financial statements, BAS, IAS and tax returns
- Supporting and managing client portfolios
- Contributing to tax planning and advisory work
- Reviewing work and mentoring junior staff (senior levels)
- Managing workflow and meeting compliance deadlines
- Building strong client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver value
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Accounting firm experience (any level considered)
- Solid understanding of accounting and tax principles
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, APS, HandiSoft)
- CA/CPA completed or in progress (support provided)
- Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage competing priorities
