Role Overview
Reporting into senior leadership, the Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations while leading key budgeting activities and contributing to the development of a 5-year business plan. You will manage one direct report and play a hands-on role in ensuring financial accuracy, insights, and performance across the organisation.

- Oversee day-to-day financial management and reporting

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong budgeting and financial planning experience
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis
- Commercial mindset with the ability to provide strategic insights
- High attention to detail and strong numerical capability
- Ability to work autonomously and within a small team
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- National Police Check required
- Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check prior to commencement
