Role Overview
This newly available role offers the opportunity to work closely with an Executive Manager, providing professional and confidential support to ensure smooth operations across the leadership function. The role will manage a wide range of executive and administrative tasks including diary management, meeting coordination, preparing documentation, and supporting key projects.

About the Person
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast paced setting and enjoys being relied upon as the “right hand” to a senior leader. You are proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt to shifting priorities, while always keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, and you take pride in your ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and events with precision and discretion
  • Prepare agendas, papers, reports, and follow up actions for meetings and committees
  • Act as a first point of contact for senior stakeholders and visitors
  • Maintain accurate records and streamline administrative processes
  • Support a variety of projects and initiatives for the executive team
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in an EA or senior administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business systems
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information professionally
