Harrison McMillan is partnering with Kalyra to appoint their next Director – Residential Living & Customer Experience.
Reporting directly to the CEO and joining Kalyra's Executive Leadership Team, you'll lead a substantial residential aged care portfolio and inspire a workforce of approximately 350 people.

Who we're looking for
You might be a clinician who knows there's a better way to deliver aged care.
You might be an experienced aged care executive ready to challenge traditional thinking.
Or you might come from hospitality, healthcare, retirement living or another complex, customer-focused industry.
We're less interested in where you've come from and more interested in what you can make possible.
You'll bring proven leadership of complex operations, strong commercial acumen, experience delivering transformation and the ability to inspire people through change.
Clinical qualifications and aged care experience are absolutely welcomed. We'd love to hear from clinicians who combine their understanding of care with commercial thinking, innovation and exceptional leadership.
Above all, you'll be optimistic, courageous, commercially astute and genuinely passionate about improving people's lives.
