A leading organisation within the manufacturing and building products sector is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Hume, ACT. This position will start as a casual role, with a clear pathway to full-time permanent employment and strong opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound customer service calls and email enquiries
- Order processing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Providing product, pricing, and delivery information to customers
- Supporting internal sales, logistics, and operations teams
- Resolving customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate customer and administrative records
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, administration, or order processing
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or building products will be highly regarded but is not essential
- Casual role with a genuine pathway to permanent full-time employment
- Overtime available with penalty rates
- Permanent equivalent salary of $60,000 – $65,000 + super
