Role Overview
The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all product packaging, labelling, and promotional artwork meets regulatory, legal, and brand requirements. This role coordinates approvals across internal teams and external suppliers, manages artwork assets, and oversees compliance processes for dry goods.
The position also includes data entry responsibilities, ensuring accurate setup and maintenance of dry goods information within business systems to support timely and compliant production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflow for dry goods approvals, including labels, cartons, casks, wraps, stickers, screwcaps, and hoods.
- Coordinate the internal approval process for vintage rollovers and new product artwork, ensuring timelines are met.
- Lead mid-vintage compliance changes and manage dry goods data setup in Master Data Management systems.
- Perform accurate data entry relating to dry goods specifications, artwork details, and compliance information.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to communicate compliance requirements and manage write-off processes.
- Maintain and update artwork assets within the Digital Asset Hub, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Brief suppliers on artwork requirements for new and existing product development projects.
- Review and verify artwork accuracy, production readiness, and compliance prior to final approval.
- Manage Container Deposit Scheme registrations and ensure compliance with relevant state regulations.
