Your opportunityAs a Community Enrolled Nurse, you will empower older people in our communities to live life the way they choose. Travelling between our customers’ homes, you will provide clinical and personalised care, in line with their support plans—ensuring they maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity located in Christies Beach, offering 25 hours per week over five days, with negotiable start and finish times to support work-life balance. The role involves travelling directly between clients within the local area and further southern regions.
With kindness and compassion, you will:

Work under the direct/indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring escalation as required.

Clinical monitoring of clients as required.

Administer a range of medications and undertake regular medication checks.

Attend to wound care ranging from skin tears to complex chronic wounds.

Provide ADL assessments and support to our clients.

Provide advocacy by accompanying clients to specialist/GP appointments.

Work closely with a Registered Nurse to ensure positive outcomes for clients

Nurture respectful, friendly and professional relationships with customers and their families

Be capable of working independently
What you'll bring

You’ll also need:

A minimum of one year of experience working as an Enrolled Nurse

Diploma in Nursing

A reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence

Current AHPRA registration
-
A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

3 x COVID-19 vaccinations and annual influenza vaccinations
-
Current First Aid and CPR accreditation
