Role Overview
Supporting the General Manager, City Shaping, this role will act as a key coordination and support resource across the wider City Shaping team and strategic initiatives.
The 5-year contract position will assist with reporting, stakeholder coordination, research and day-to-day team support, while also contributing to communications, visual content and broader project coordination activities. The role will work closely with the General Manager to help manage priorities, coordination and day-to-day team activities. It’s a varied role suited to somebody who enjoys being involved across multiple projects and helping keep priorities and deadlines on track.
About the Person
The successful candidate will bring strong coordination and organisational capability, along with the ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-moving team environment. The ability to support senior stakeholders and anticipate priorities will also be important.
Experience across administration, project support, communications or stakeholder coordination will be beneficial, particularly within environments requiring initiative, professionalism and adaptability.
The role requires somebody who is proactive, detail focused and comfortable supporting a range of projects and senior stakeholders, while also contributing positively to team culture and broader City Shaping initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Experience within administration, project support or coordination roles

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and initiative
- Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365 experience highly regarded
