What is the unique purpose of the role?
| Develop and implement project or organisational change initiatives that support the realisation of business benefits and sustainable change outcomes to enable SA Water to deliver on its strategic objectives. |

| Develop, coordinate, and implement change management program across relevant business projects and improvement initiatives |

| Coach, influence and work with designated initiative owners and their teams to help them to understand what change is required, how it needs to be implemented and when it needs to be done to align with defined initiative delivery milestones |

| Manage the day to day operational and tactical aspects of the change program and review high level deliverables |
|
| Act as a conduit for impacted teams in your area. Sustain good working relationships to support a change network across the business |
|
| Engage with staff and develop communication plans to support program and project delivery. |
