Change Analyst

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst to support a large-scale transformation program focused on driving stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and successful organisational change outcomes.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Deployment Manager, the Change Analyst will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a major transformation program. The position will focus on change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training support, and change readiness activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of change initiatives that support business transition and operational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of change management strategies and activities
  • Conduct change impact assessments and contribute to readiness planning
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities
  • Facilitate workshops and support consultation activities with key stakeholders
  • Develop change artefacts, documentation, and supporting resources
  • Provide advice and recommendations to project and program teams
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, organisational change, or transformation programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience supporting large or complex projects and programs
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with change management methodologies or frameworks will be highly regarded
