Role Overview
This position provides essential administrative and coordination support to a high-performing Growth Transformation team. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enabling leadership to function effectively, and contributing to initiatives that support new and existing communities.
Key aspects of the role include managing meetings and documentation, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating onboarding activities, organising travel and events, and maintaining internal systems. You will also contribute to continuous improvement across administrative processes, supporting a culture of efficiency and strong customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day administrative tasks to support team operations
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new team members
- Coordinate meetings, events, and forums including logistics and catering
- Manage travel, training, and conference bookings
- Maintain shared inboxes and internal systems
- Perform accurate data entry and record management
- Contribute to process improvements across the team
- Support the Leadership Team to operate efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support team goals and decision-making
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (essential)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to use initiative, solve problems, and work autonomously
