As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Operations & Compliance Coordinator to become a key support across the business, helping support the fast paced operations behind a growing recruitment business.
Role Overview
This is a central role within Harrison McMillan, supporting the day to day running of the business across systems, reporting, compliance and internal coordination.
Working closely with senior leadership and the wider team, you will help support the operational side of the business, ensuring things run smoothly, deadlines are met and the wider team remains organised and supported.
The role offers genuine variety and will see you involved across business support, systems administration, onboarding, reporting, quality activities and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Help keep the business organised, efficient and operating smoothly day to day
- Support the systems, reporting and processes behind a high performing team
- Coordinate a mix of compliance, onboarding and operational support activities
- Build strong relationships across the business with external vendors
- Identify issues early and proactively improve processes and ways of working
- Support a professional, organised and well run office environment
- Operate with discretion, professionalism and sound judgement across the business
- Previous experience in operations, office management or business support roles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Experience supporting reporting, compliance or operational processes
- Strong systems capability across Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Experience with Bullhorn or recruitment systems highly regarded
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem solving capability
