About the Role:
This position involves leading complex healthcare projects, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and driving innovative solutions that improve health outcomes. The successful candidate will develop project strategies, oversee delivery, manage risks, and promote continuous improvement within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple complex projects from inception to completion
- Provide strategic advice and support to project teams and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships across internal departments and external partners
- Develop frameworks and tools for project delivery and performance monitoring
- Lead change management initiatives to embed innovations into routine practice
- Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and report progress to leadership
- Extensive experience managing large, complex projects, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
- Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of project management principles and quality improvement practices
- Excellent communication skills—capable of presenting ideas clearly to varied audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities effectively
- Knowledge of health system reforms, policies, and legislation (desirable)
- Relevant experience in program or project management
- Professional certifications in project or program management (preferred but not mandatory)
