Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Land Division Consultant, the Administrator – Land Division & Planning provides high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of projects.
This position plays a critical role in managing documentation, coordinating communications, maintaining project records, and supporting compliance processes, allowing technical staff to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
This opportunity is offered on a full-time basis (part-time considered by agreement) and is based in their Adelaide CBD office.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Land Division and Planning team

Coordinate telephone enquiries and act as a professional first point of contact

Assist with preparation and coordination of correspondence, reports, applications, and submissions

Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy project files in line with company procedures

Support the lodgement of applications and documentation to councils and relevant authorities

Coordinate communication between consultants, surveyors, councils, and external stakeholders

Schedule meetings, site visits, and authority discussions

Maintain project registers, spreadsheets, and internal databases

Provide administrative support related to invoicing where required

Ensure documentation aligns with company quality and compliance standards

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency
Essential:

Previous experience in an administrative role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
