Role Overview
The Administrator Officer is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and operational support across the organisation. This role ensures the efficient coordination of office systems, records management, reporting, stakeholder communications, resource administration, and general business operations. Working closely with internal teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and supporting service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments.
- Coordinate office resources, supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
- Process and manage data entry, reporting, correspondence, and stakeholder communications.
- Support the administration of programs, events, and organisational activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documentation.
- Provide professional customer service and respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
- Advanced attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Current South Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant background clearances and a Working with Children Check.
