Australian Naval Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ANI) is the owner, developer and manager of the Osborne Naval Shipyards, supporting the Commonwealth’s Naval Shipbuilding Plan. ANI is responsible designing, constructing and managing the shipyard infrastructure, including the new Nuclear-Powered Submarine Construction Yard to support the AUKUS program, and operating and maintaining common use facilities.
ANI is seeking motivated and professional
Administration Officers
to join the Integrated Delivery Office (IDO) team in the Adelaide CBD. These positions suit agile, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service. The role may also include supporting security-related activities, such as escorting visitors and contractors when required.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality administration support and customer service delivery across four floors of the tenancy
- Managing visitor access, meeting room coordination, and catering logistics.
- Assisting with procurement, invoicing, expense reconciliation, and travel arrangements.
- Supporting the onboarding of new staff and maintenance of IDO documentation.
- Coordinating office activities and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Using initiative and sound judgement to problem solve day-to-day operational challenges efficiently and independently.
- Maintaining strong working relationships across ANI corporate and project teams.
You are an organised and proactive team player who brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine focus on customer service. You’re equally comfortable welcoming senior visitors as you are setting up catering or helping colleagues solve problems. You take initiative, enjoy variety, and value being part of a collaborative, non-micromanaged environment. You present yourself professionally and confidently, maintaining a polished and approachable manner in a corporate Defence setting.
You will also have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administration, office coordination, or executive support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 and corporate systems such as TechOne, Desirable.
- A positive, adaptable, and professional approach.
- Demonstrating behaviours that align with ANI’s values, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and accountability across all interactions.
- Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline NV1 security clearance.
Eligibility:
