Role Overview
This temporary position (up to 2 months) will see you supporting the finance team with end-to-end accounts payable duties across service and vehicle operations. The role requires someone who can hit the ground running and manage a busy workload efficiently.
About the Person
You are an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a background in high-volume processing. Experience within the motor industry and familiarity with Pentana systems will be highly regarded. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Accounts Payable for Service and Vehicle departments
- Managing approximately 65 vendors and 600 invoices per month
- Performing credit card reconciliations, including EzyReg reconciliation
- Providing backup support for Vehicle Stock Control
- Assisting with daily bank receipting and reconciliations as required
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable in a high-volume environment
- Prior exposure to the motor industry (highly desirable)
- Experience using Pentana systems (strongly preferred)
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
