Role Overview
The ideal candidate for the Account Manager – Major Development Services role will be an experienced professional with strong capabilities in account and project management, able to build trusted relationships across the land development industry. They will demonstrate the ability to navigate complex technical challenges, manage multiple major projects simultaneously, and maintain alignment with organisational objectives. Proactive, adaptable, and confident in engaging with developers, consultants, and local authorities, they will deliver practical, customer-focused solutions while ensuring high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain long-term, positive relationships with major land developers and ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement, working with internal teams to adapt to changes in developer and government policies and practices.
- Develop, guide, and drive commercial opportunities to achieve revenue and profit targets, including monitoring performance and supporting the development of team members.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to prepare negotiation strategies and act as lead negotiator on complex major land development contracts.
