Defence Security Clearance Sponsorship
Australia’s defence industry is experiencing significant growth, particularly in South Australia, driven by AUKUS, major defence capability investment and large-scale Federal Government infrastructure projects. As demand for skilled professionals continues to increase, security clearances have become an essential requirement across a broad range of roles.
Many opportunities within the defence and government sectors require an active Australian Government security clearance, however candidates often face a common challenge of needing a clearance to secure a role, while also needing employment sponsorship to obtain the clearance.
To help address this, Harrison McMillan offers candidates access to a pathway for independent security clearance sponsorship through an accredited DISP Level 3 certified provider of Security Clearances as a Service (SCaaS). This provides eligible candidates with the opportunity to commence the clearance process prior to securing a role, helping position them more competitively within the market.
