- Provide 2nd level business application support
- Undertake a range of systems development, configurations and integration work
- Conduct testing by following an agreed testing approach and testing tools
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SharePoint and associated applications e.g. Nintex and DocAve
- Experience in corporate systems support environments and experience applying relevant ITIL service management processes
- Experience in SharePoint site administration and configuration of site collections in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online
- Knowledge of at least one other customer collaboration tool such as CRM or Marval
