Role Overview

The Project Scheduler develops and provides support to project and other teams for individual project schedule.  Identify potential delays and propose alternative scenarios to minimise the impact on project schedule.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project schedules
  • Work with project managers for early identification of schedule issues and assist in resolutions
  • Develop practical project schedule to support proposal’s bidding efforts
  • Prepare master and summary schedules
  • Setting, reviewing and reporting of weekly milestones
  • Analyse schedule impacts and changes and develop recovery plans
  • Participate in the review, analysis and preparation of reports and charts on Resourcing, Fabrication and Commissioning

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience using Primavera software is essential
  • Ability to read standard blueprints and process drawings
  • Experience estimating labour hours, material requirements and skills needed to complete a job
