Reporting to the Executive General Manager, this key position will see the incumbent lead the consumer market sales and marketing strategy and sales force activities across the ANZEA (Australia, NZ, East Asia) region. Your charter will encompass the development of regional strategies including, profitable business relationships within the Dealer and Retailer networks, growing the distribution network across the group’s ANZEA region and enhancing awareness of the products in the regions. You will champion brand development and tailored regional marketing strategies, ensure business relationships are nurtured and developed, whilst heading further sales growth and market entry opportunities for the group moving forward.
As such, we are targeting a consummate Sales Leader with a natural “steady growth” mindset. The role and environment require demonstrated leadership capability in driving a high-performance culture, a person with refined communications skills, and a “can do”, composed, engaging influencer. Experience gained in business development in the ANZEA region is highly desirable, as is sound knowledge of sales, marketing and operational strategy in a corporate context. Industry exposure from within high quality consumer or electronics products, or a blue-chip employment base will be pertinent to your ongoing success within this highly regarded, globally recognised brand.
