We have extensive inside knowledge of how employers and recruitment agencies assess candidates and their applications and what they are really looking for in a resume, at interview and on a LinkedIn profile. With South Australian unemployment rising to 7% in recent weeks this means securing a job interview has become increasingly competitive. Most employers spend less than 30 seconds reviewing your resume and on average, 5 or more people are being interviewed for the same role as you. In today’s competitive job market, a great resume is the key in gaining an interview and knowing how to present your skills, experience and attitude in a behavioural interviews is paramount to scoring yourself your dream role.


Workshop Outline:
Harrison McMillan’s “Get that Job!” Workshop will introduce you to many valuable tools and tips to secure your desired position. You will leave knowing how to showcase your unique skills, knowledge and experience within your resume and on your LinkedIn profile. We will provide you with interview coaching and guidance to help you tackle those challenging behavioural questions and stand out from a wide pool of candidates.

Our Recruitment Partners will work with you in a group based setting to gain an understanding of your career goals, unique skills, experience and knowledge. We can help you to create an updated resume showcasing your skills to target your desired role and industry.

Harrison McMillan will work collaboratively with you to create your personal LinkedIn profile with our own ‘LinkedIn How-To Guide’ in order to take your networking to the next level.
Harrison McMillan are passionate about assisting you with one of the most important stages of the process, the interview. We will teach you how to make a confident and memorable impression that will make you stand out in the shortlist. Harrison McMillan have recently also created our own ‘Candidate Interview How-To Guide’ and through this we can coach you on how to plan and prepare, as well as providing useful tips and techniques for answering questions through a real interview question format.
