Harrison McMillan Appoints New General Manager – Chris Lillas

We are very excited to announce that Chris Lillas has commenced with HM as our new General Manager. Chris brings over 20 years of recruitment experience across a variety of executive senior positions including Managing Director of an Adelaide boutique recruitment agency. Chris is highly skilled in white-collar, technical and engineering recruitment. Chris will be leading our contracting, permanent and RPO divisions and engaging with clients in South Australia’s key growth sectors.

The decision to create the General Manager position came after a strong period of growth across our existing contracting and permanent business lines and an increase in demand for our new RPO services.

Alison Surjan, who joined Harrison McMillan in 2019 to launch our Executive line of business, has taken on the additional responsibility of Director of Sales and Executive Recruitment, where she will lead and oversee the sales and client engagement activity across all lines of business – Executive, Permanent, Contracting and RPO.

Our Managing Director, Jodi Walton, will continue to focus on Strategy and Finance and, together with Chris and Alison, will be focused on building and growing the HM presence in the Adelaide market with a focus on exceptional client service delivery, support and communication across our clients.
